Kristy Johnson

Accounts Payable

Kristy began working along side the home office in 2015. She is an integral part of operations for all the AmeriCare Plus offices, as well as our Assisted Living Community operations.

Deborah Hardwick

Executive Administrative Assistant

Deborah began American Retirement Homes in March 2015 as an Executive Administrative Assistant. She also works throughout the community as the Community Liaison for the Northern Neck of Virginia.

Lynn Hayes

Accounts Recievable Medicaid Specalist

Since beginning with the company in 2001, Lynn has been in multiple departments. She is a dedicated team player and has been a great asset over her 15 years.

Brooke Belfield

Accounts Receivable Assisted Living Communities / Payroll Back Up

Brooke has been with Team Teal since 2015.  She predominantly works with our Assisted Living Communities in the billing and payroll departments.  She also assists with processing payroll for all caregivers and management team members. 

Whitney Sparks

Accounts Receivable Medicaid Specialist

Whitney started her journey with Team Teal in 2009 as a caregiver in our Alleghany office,  She worked there as she attended school.  After graduation she took a break from AmeriCare, but rejoined the team in 2015 as a caregiver for our Bedford office.  She then moved into the role of Staffing Coordinator in 2016.  In January of 2017 she transferred to the Home Office to work as  a Medicaid Billing Specialist.
